We're in the IP4 area of Ipswich, close to Ipswich NHS Hospital, Ipswich Nuffield Hospital, University College Suffolk, Trinity Park and Foxhall Stadium, within easy reach of Adastral Park (Route 66) and the town centre, the coast and countryside being just a short drive away.

Our aim is to ensure that guests are provided with the best possible service we can deliver and have everything they need for a comfortable and memorable stay with us. 

We can provide calorie counted meals for those 'watching' their weight and can recommend local jogging routes!  
Guests staying on business are welcome to use our meeting room facilities.
We have emergency supplies of toiletries you thought you'd packed but didn't...!  

We've packed away the de-icer for guest cars and opened up the garden cushion store!  Summer's nearly here and you can enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea outside or just - hopefully - sit and enjoy the sunshine...
